A Forum has been added to the site

Hello All,

A year or more ago I had an email conversion with a SeaHawk owner who made me realise that there are people out there who have no understanding of a "mail list" or how to use one. He only understood "Forums". Time and technology moves on. I have realised that maybe this site really does need one.

I hope people find it useful.
