Boat numbers

I have sails with no numbers on them but today i could see the ghost numbers of 131. Has anyone seen that number before? Im curious as the boat is in the states. Thanks kirk

If the sail number is correct then it points towards an early Reedcraft boat, probably around 1970/72.  Some photos would help.  Where in the States?
