Faith Davies

I've just acquired Teal (formerly Seahawk) #405 from my dad - he's teaching me to sail (with infinite patience).
Currently we sail between Acle and Hoveton, occasionally Hickling and Horsey as I am hoping to get a mooring down that way soon.

I've been scouring this forum for a year, it's a great resource for newbies like me.  I'll be sending Greg some photos of Teal's jib sheet cleats, which are different to those on the 'Seahawk Rigging' page, to add to his collection!

Re: Faith Davies

Good to have you aboard and to know that you've found the site useful.

You're now upgraded to "Member" so will be able to post in more areas of the forum.

I'm looking forward to seeing the promised photographs.
A mooring above Potter Bridge makes a great deal of sense. You have the benefit of the wide open spaces when you want them and the challenge of the narrowest navigable waterway on the Broads. Did you ever discover my report of a cruise up Waxham New Cut?
