small leak on keel bolt

Hi all,

Ive had my seahawk in the water for the first time since i free'd the keel up and  i now have a small seep of water coming from around the bolt. When replacing the bolt i sealed around the bracing plates with silicone, obviously this hasnt sealed it well enough. Could anyone recommend a product that i could use to seal this leak around the bolt without removing the bolt again :\

I have never taken my keel out of the boat so have no experience.
