Hi, I'm John Southey
I started sailing 25 years ago in a wooden 8-foot dinghy with a lugsail that I built from a kit. I still have the boat.
Next boat was an "Illusion" that I sailed/raced at the Aldenham sailing club.
Then I restored an early West Wight Potter and sailed it for many years.
I now sail a SeaHawk on the Norfolk Broads.
