Hi all,
My Name is Keith Shuttleworth , and my son Craig who is on this Forum, have salvaged this lovely little sea hawk, yes it does need a lot of TLC but i think she is worth it.
As craig said in his e-mail that she was on the bottom of the south Broads for over a year, craig spent many happy hours ????? getting that lovely smelly broads mud and water out of the boat, he was black from head to toe with the stuff, and it does stink.
Well the old girl is coming on slowly, chipping the paint off, washing the inside of the boat out for the hundredth time, rubbing down the hull .filling in holes, but loving it all.
The sails were shot to pieces so have altered an old set of boson sails and hope they work, We still dont have a name for her but it may be Mucky Pup(will have to see nearer the time when we get her on the water) .
Happy Sailing to all.
