She is in need of someone with the time to bring her back to the standard she was as Hawk eye as featured on this site over the years. previous owner sold trailer and she also had the outboard 'removed'. Would rather see her sold to a Seahawk enthusiast so please contact me for more info

Taking a look at the John B ad on eBay, I see that the starting price is just 99p. Now that really to be a chance to pick up a bargain!

I'd guess that she's 1971 rather than the 1980 suggested in Simon's ad. That puts her in the range of sail numbers below #146 and one of those subject to the exposed ballast problem. However, this boat has already had that repair done, by previous owner Jacqui and her husband, so I'm fully prepared to accept Simon's assertion that she only needs the usual TLC needed when a boat has lacked attention for a couple of seasons.

New owner Pete from Essex and I expect he'll be trawling the valuable seahawk pages as he sets about restoring Hawkeye
