Fulmar is located in Wells Next The Sea and has been dry docked for past
five years since it's full renovation, hence valid certificate is not present.
All sails are included. Trailer is launch only and not suitable for road.
Craft has been painted inside and out. Inside cabin is clean and tidy.
Included also is auto helm and depth sounder.
Outboard included is Evinrude 3hp which looks unused.

I believe that the note "valid certificate is not present" is the answer to my question about a valid BSS certificate. He also tells me, "I have phoned Andy (the owner) and he tells me that there may be a spare set of sails included. Not being familiar with sailing he is unsure . Trailer is launch only and not suitable for road."

This boat is now marked as "the item is no longer available".
